Overview: ProxHome Homelab #
ProxHome is my personal Homelab project designed to explore virtualization, networking, security, and observability using open-source technologies.
Built on Proxmox VE, the lab serves as a secure sandbox for experimenting with cloud-native architectures, DevOps workflows, and cybersecurity practices.
Key integrations include:
- pfsense Firewall & Router – Advanced traffic management, routing, and network segmentation.
- Tailscale VPN – Zero-trust, encrypted remote access without exposing services to the public internet.
- TrueNAS – Centralized storage for backups and data protection.
- ELK Stack – Monitoring, logging, and observability for services and infrastructure.
This setup ensures isolation between coursework, critical data, and experimental workloads, enabling safe and hands-on testing.
